3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

3.1 Studio-initiated Changes
We reserve the right to:

• Reschedule a class
• Replace instructors
• Cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety, weather, equipment issues)

If cancellation occurs, we will offer:

• A reschedule, or
• A credit for a future class

3.2 Customer-Initiated Changes
Your cancellation and rescheduling eligibility depends on our policy:

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before class
• No-show or late cancellation may result in forfeiture of your booking fee

4. Refund Policy

• All confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable unless required by local law.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.

5. Studio Rules
To maintain a safe and pleasant learning environment:

• Please arrive on time
• Follow instructor guidance
• Handle equipment with care
• Children must be accompanied by adults

We reserve the right to ask disruptive participants to leave without refund.

6. Use of Materials & Artwork

• Photos or videos taken in the studio may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise
• All class materials and content are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or sold

7. Limitation of Liability
22 Craft Studio is not liable for:

• Personal injuries due to improper use of tools
• Damage to personal belongings
• Losses arising from unexpected cancellations

You agree to participate at your own risk and follow all safety instructions.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content—including images, text, graphics, and designs—belongs to 22 Craft Studio and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
