Are these classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, all our classes are designed for beginners. No prior experience is needed, and our expert instructors will guide you step by step.

Do I need to bring any materials?

No, all materials and tools are provided during the class.

How long is each class?

Classes typically last 2 hours, depending on the workshop.

What can I bring home after the class?

You can bring home the pottery pieces you create. Some workshops include firing and glazing services, which will be returned to you after completion.

Can children join the class?

Yes, children are welcome, but we recommend checking the specific class age requirements.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a class?

You can book a class online through our website or contact us directly for assistance.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, you can reschedule your class by contacting us in advance, subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may not be refundable.

Can two people share one slot?

No, each participant requires a separate booking to ensure enough space and materials.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payment via credit/debit card and other secure online payment methods.

Does the price include all materials?

Yes, the class fee includes all materials, tools, and in some workshops, firing and glazing services.

Studio Information

Where is the studio located?

Our main studio is located at 19, Jalan SL 1/12, Bandar Sungai Long, 43000, Kajang, Selangor. Some workshops are held at special partner venues.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available at the studio or at partner venues.

What should I wear or prepare before the class?

Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little clay on. Aprons are provided.

Pottery

When can I collect my pottery pieces?

If your pieces require firing, they will be ready for collection or delivery a few days after the class, depending on the workshop schedule.

Will you help with glazing?

Yes, glazing is provided for applicable classes. Our instructors will guide you through the process.

What if my pottery cracks during firing?

While we take care in the firing process, some pieces may crack. We will advise on reworking or remaking options in such cases.

Yes, photography is allowed, but please be considerate of other participants.
